A great time at RiNo Beer Garden and Historians Ale House

RiNo Beer Garden and Historians Ale House are partnering up with Jameson Whiskey to keep the love of GABF® and local craft going even after the event is over.

This year at the Great American Beer Festival® happening October 3rd through October 6th, there will be 800 breweries and over 4000 beers to be amazed by. Normally, we focus on finding the newest trends or rare beers that are hard to find and catch up with everything beer related. It is the Great American “Beer” Festival after all so that is how it should be, right? Well, even though whiskey is not thought of throughout this week, this year Jameson Whiskey is making us think “why not think about whiskey while thinking about beer?”

Jameson is making an appearance with their Jameson Caskmates barrel-aged Beer Garden, which features their Stout and IPA series that have been collaborated with 22 different brewery partners from across the United States (which includes, but is not limited to, Cigar City Brewing, Green Flash Brewing Company and Denver’s very own Great Divide Brewing Company) that use Jameson barrels from Ireland to age their beers in an effort to create that rich smoky oak flavoring. To further show their appreciation for the local Denver bar scene, during GABF®, they will be giving out 35,000 Jameson Whiskey Tokens that can be redeemed for a complimentary Jameson Caskmates inspired cocktail at 15 different locations around Denver. Two of which are our very own RiNo Beer Garden and Historians Ale House.

That’s right, both RiNo Beer Garden and Historians Ale House will be proudly honoring these tokens. With a strong Irish heritage and work ethic, we have built two of Denver’s greatest bars based around our appreciation for Colorado and the people of this state. So, come in after GABF® and get your complimentary Jameson Caskmates cocktail and raise your glass to delicious whiskey and craft beer!
